Cancellation/No Show Policy

There is a $15 processing fee for all cancellations. After 30 December 2011 no refunds are accepted.
"No-Shows" can contact the organiser within 60 days after the event for their package to be posted for a cost of $15 shipping and handling.
All registrations are non-transferable.

In submitting this form, I/we hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing this event, and to hold free from any liability the property owners, organising committee or any officer or member thereof for any injury, loss or accidental damage whatsoever including injury, loss or damage due to negligence which may occur whilst travelling to, attending at, or travelling from the 22nd New Zealand National H.O.G. Rally.
